BOOM BOOM POW made a strong impression when ½ a length 2nd on debut over this trip at Windsor 9 days ago. With that run under her belt, Ralph Beckett’s filly can go one better. CALIFORNIA GEM was sent off favourite on debut at Catterick but had to settle for 4th. She’s likely to have more in her now racing with experience.

MOKAMAN has somewhat lost his way of late but gets a vote to return to winning form. He’s back off his last winning mark of 53 and is fitted with first-time blinkers here. BLACKCURRENT can pick up the pieces if the selection can’t deliver, having last been seen scoring narrowly at Beverley in an apprentice handicap.

REEL ROSIE tore it up with 4 in hand over the mile at Newmarket last month. With that run to work from, Ed Bethell’s filly can double up despite a 9lb rise in rating as she heads up a grade. SWEET FANTASY has compensation claims to press after being denied by just a neck at Windsor a month back. She’s fairly treated off an opening mark of 77 and can give the selection plenty to think about.

AZURE BLUE took a fair step forward when winning with authority at Hamilton over this trip latest. She’s looking to be a highly progressive type who can make a strong double bid under penalty. KHANJAR is a massive danger on comeback from 285 days off. Last seen victorious at Ascot in September, an opening mark of 85 seems fairly lenient.
