TIEMPO STAR is interesting on nursery bow following a 2nd by a neck at Epsom. The opening 79 is workable and he can press some decent claims. INCUMBENT has unlocked improvement since being gelded, landing 2nd at Kempton in his sole appearance since. He can keep it up with Hector Crouch retaining the ride.

NATIONS PRIDE was an impressive 2nd on debut at Yarmouth and now afforded the mile and with William Buick retaining the ride we could see this Charlie Appleby colt go one better. KING CABO was a good 3rd on debut and can find the frame once more.

Race 4 – Lingfield Racecourse
ESCOBEDO weakened late when 6th at Kempton but there was plenty to like about that effort. Dropped to 10f here we could see him fare very well indeed, especially paired with Rossa Ryan. DRAG RACE beat just one other home on debut over the mile but didn’t get away smoothly. The up in trip might help her turn that experience into something more positive today.

SIR RUMI showed his hand too early when prematurely hitting the front at Newmarket in the speedy going. He was beaten by a useful rival and wasn’t disgraced in 2nd. He has since had a brief spell and could go one better as he retains plenty of scope. BODYLINE is of interest making AW bow and also being dropped in trip after some decent postings over 14 and 16 furlongs of late.

TARHIB was a very pleasing debut 2nd at Newmarket back in October last year and is fancied to land the spoils on comeback after 338 days off. The drop to 6f should suit this Haggas filly perfectly fine and she gets a strong nod. SHOBIZ found a clever rival too good when 2nd at Kempton last time and could press for compensation if the selection is in need of the run.

GEORGE SCOTT did some strong work on yard bow for his namesake, George Scott. He was a good 3rd and was travelling well before weakening late. That run combined with a drop to 6f can see this amusingly named pair open the account. LETMESTOPYOUTHERE is worth a look on comeback, he has historically shown up well after spells and could land some blows for Archie Watson.
