AASSER was a pleasing debutant over C&D when denied by just a length into 2nd. Karl Burke’s colt can go one better running with that under his belt. SIR WINSTON was nothing special on debut but put the lesson to good work when 2nd at Newcastle over this trip 13 days ago.

STOCKPYLE is well-worth a closer look on debut as the half-brother of Pyledriver. The Muir & Grassick string is in fine form of late and this Oasis Dream colt should know what to do.

LEQUINTO has been posting solid efforts in defeat since winning over the mile at Kempton in January. He is a talented sort but he is nearing his limits at the weights.
