Race 2 – Plumpton Racecourse
ROYAL PRETENDER won with 8 in hand at Warwick over a similar trip and off a 5lb rise can go in again. DANCE TO FAME is respected on rules/UK bow as a winner between the flags in Ireland.

Race 3 – Plumpton Racecourse
BILL AND BARN has become reinvigorated since joining the Harris yard, landing in the frame in both outings. Now dropped 1lb and paired with a 3lb claimer he can get his chase account open at age 10. MOANS CROSS showed plenty of mettle when scoring gamely at Fontwell back in September and makes appeal off a 5lb higher mark.

THE BOMBER LISTON was a powerful winner in an Uttoxeter maiden early last month, finishing with a handy 10 length lead. Nick Henderson’s gelding can find more now going handicapping while remaining relatively unexposed. RAF TRAVEL races well fresh and demands respect having not finished outside the top 3 in all 6 runs to date.

AIR HAIR LAIR was a convincing Fontwell winner when last sighted and the 4lb hike seems fair and workable. AULD SOD could have his way after a well-held 2nd over C&D and arrives 3lb better off today.

Race 6 – Plumpton Racecourse
MR JACK won 4 of his 5 outings last season including 2 over C&D. He is proven effective after breaks, landing the spoils here in January after over a year off. He has to improve to take this out but seems capable of doing so. KING’S PROCTOR has been threatening a win in all 4 runs to date in this sphere. He tries cheekpieces today and if they have the desired effect he can get his account open.

Race 7 – Plumpton Racecourse
NEVERBEEN TO PARIS weakened late over the extended 21f at Wincanton late last month when 3rd. He was tracking well for most of the run so the drop in trip looks ideal as he lines up off the same mark. JUMPING CATS is respected on hat trick bid for Gary Moore but goes up in class while weathering an 8lb rise so the selection is preferred.
