WORLD TRIP went down by ½ a length when denied a double at Perth back in May. She’s up 2lb for the effort and if the absence is no issue she can gain compensation. GO CHIQUE scored with some in hand on penultimate run and certainly just needed the run when 6th on comeback at Ascot at the end of October.

JESUITIQUE has won both runs since joining Richard Newland and looks in a nice spot for a hat trick. He escapes penalty here and manages to be 5lb well-in so should take a lot of beating. THUNDERSTRUCK has found 2nd best in both post-maiden runs and should be on the premises once more.

Race 4 – Market Rasen Racecourse
TORIGNI found 3rd in 3 competitive handicap hurdles before dead-heating for 1st at Ayr back in April. His comeback at Chepstow was lacking but he needed the outing and should be able to build on past efforts here as he goes chasing in a moderate event. ORRISDALE was tracking for a score when falling on the final at Newton Abbot last month. He was handed a very hefty 5lb rise for the effort but is still within rights to stake his claim.

GO AS YOU PLEASE won well enough at Warwick on penultimate outing to suggest he’s a major player. He couldn’t back it up when risen 3lb so the 1lb drop today might aid his cause. HERONORD has attracted strong market support after showing all the right skills on chase bow before unseating his rider at Taunton. He could make amends here but at a rather short price.

TAQWAA remains lightly raced over hurdles and showed the right signs in 4th after a comeback flat spin. Down 2lb for the effort he can go better in a moderate field. THE CINCINNATI KID is interesting coming back down in trip and could find further improvement in the handicap ranks.
