MACHO MOVER wasn’t firing all cylinders when 2nd at Market Rasen latest and now upped to 3m might get his act together once more. O’HANRAHAN BRIDGE returned to progression when striking the crossbar at Southwell last week and could have his efforts rewarded here if the selection can’t shape up.

Race 2 – Haydock Racecourse
ANOTHER BROWN BEAR gained meaningful experience in 8th on hurdle debut at Uttoxeter. He put them to great work when 2nd at Ludlow since and could take the next step forward now upped to 3m for the red-hot Nicky Henderson string. DEDANSER did plenty right in 3rd on hurdle bow at Carlisle and is fancied to find the frame once more off the back of that effort.

Race 3 – Haydock Racecourse
COCONUT SPLASH has placed in all 4 outings over fences including 2nd to a runner who has gone on to score twice since. This 4 horse field looks his ideal time to strike as he should be fighting fit for his comeback 3rd. MINT CONDITION beat just one home over timber on comeback run after coughing. He is a useful hurdler who is respected coming into these ranks with the issues ideally overcome.

Race 4 – Haydock Racecourse
GREEN BOOK was a promising flat runner under multiple trainers before being picked up by Venetia Williams. Sent off hurdling on first run for the new yard she found an excellent 2nd at Hereford and has since won on the flat. She can make a winning return to hurdling in 3 horse field that won’t take a lot of beating. A DIFFERENT KIND is sure to prove popular on the hunt for a 4 timer but this is a massive jump in grade for this Don McCain Jr. runner.

BLAKLION gets a nod as a 12 year old veteran Dan Skelton runner who showed he still has scope after a comeback 5th at Bangor-on-Dee last month. Seen prior to that in 6th in the Grand National he has class and talent enough to strike from a 131 mark. AMI DESBOIS is a gutsy performer who is very interesting now making yard bow for the mighty Fergal O’Brien yard.

Race 6 – Haydock Racecourse
GOOBINATOR was well-backed when falling 3 out at Bangor-on-Dee on return to the hurdle ranks last month. Off the same mark he could get it right as a useful staying type who has won here on the flat. OSPREY CALL fell 3 out last time at Newbury and has been promising in these ranks from the outset. He should be somewhat better off for the comeback effort and can put forth a fair bid.
