BOLD DECISION has made marked improvement in her two efforts at this track and now launching from pole positon might be ready to take the next step. TUULETAR didn’t have enough run to get the hang of things when making debut over 6f at Turffontein. The extra couple furlongs can see her put her experience to work.

SECRET IS OURS makes yard/local bow for Ashley Fortune while also trying out 9f. We might see a revival in fortunes in these new surrounds. HUMBLE TUNE is respected now back over 9f after finding 13f at bit too much at Turffontein.

RIVER JORDAN hasn’t been seen in 182 days but has raced well fresh before. If he can pick up where he left off he can put his talent to work. LAST OF THE LEGEND is a similar sort to the selection, coming back from a long spell. He has also won fresh and has a respectable local record.

MITCH GOT HIS WISH is undoubtedly talented but has been toppled at short odds a few times. He made amends last time at Turffontein and now he has the account open could strike once more and compensate followers. BELLA ROSA is never too far from the action and can find her way into the frame.

Race 6 – Vaal Racecourse
ON CUE missed the jump last time and never had a chance to recover. She was a good C&D winner preceding and should be able to mount a comeback. FRONTLINE FIGHTER unlocked marked improvement since being fitted with blinkers before getting home over C&D on the 7th time of asking. Now running with that winning feeling he might have more to come.

GREENS is trip suited and has found the frame the last twice, she could get her head in front in a contest winnable on paper. BELLA BLACK is respected as a C&D winner who hasn’t been disgraced in her two runs since that win and could land a blow now fresh.

BAT OUT OF HELL won her maiden over C&D and while not her best since her older form is very strong. She has a shocking draw of 12 to overcome but is respected. METEORIC was last seen beating none home on the Poly at Greyville. Her prior effort saw her a trip winner at Turffontein and her other form is just as pleasing. She is a serious player back on turf on her ideal trip.
