BUMRAH is sitting in a nice little pocket of form having found 3rd over this trip and the extended 6f on this surface since joining Gavin Smith. Blinkers have definitely given us a new gelding and he should not remain a maiden for long. RED BISHOP has been a consistent operator since being fitted with blinkers of his own. He has claims but might be better over further.

DIAMONDS AND TOADS has been consistent from practically day one and while fighting hard to leave the maidens has continued to show the right aptitude. She has some challengers to account for and a lousy draw but could show up well. INBETWEEN DREAMS is a 12 start maiden but has unlocked marked improvement since a shakeup that included changing hands to Gavin Smith, changing surface, and being fitted with blinkers. She is on an upward trajectory and might prove a tough nut to crack if the drop in trip pays off.

MESMERIZING MOON has struck the crossbar the last twice including latest by a head in first-time blinkers. They are retained today and Alan Greeff’s filly can go one better here. VIZHOE’S MAGIC is trip suited and has shown glimpses of potential on this surface. A bit of improvement can see her land a prize.

SONNY QUINN wasn’t disgraced on comeback from a couple months off when 6th over 5f here. He had a poor draw to overcome and fared better than the raw result. Now better drawn in a field lacking that sort of rival he can press his claims. ROCK THE KAZVAR got home by a neck over 5f here last month and could well double up now if he can improve on his past 6f efforts.

ANGEL BOUQUET is a hit and miss operator who is hard to win with but is undoubtedly capable of winning at this level. This C&D winner is a tough one to outright approve but if she arrives in the right mood she could prove a good bet. VAL GARDENA was a respectable 3rd over C&D on penultimate run and could put up some stiff resistance.

VAR’S BOY has been very consistent here of late, finding the frame the last 4 times including a 3rd over this trip. His consistency should be rewarded sooner rather than later and he demands respect. GRAZINGINTHEGRASS has struck form since joining Alan Greeff, kicking off with a 7f 2nd on this surface before going one better on turf. He can go one better with plenty of scope for improvement on the Polytrack.

BALTIC BEAT has done all of his best work on this surface and his consistency sees him a sold contender for Gavin Smith with a handy 6lb claimer booked once more. REACH FOR THE LINE is a stablemate to the selection and has C&D winning form under his belt. His latest 4th was a good sign of improvement and he could give his stablemate a friendly challenge.
