CAPE DIAMOND has done enough since joining Kumaran Naidoo to suggest she’s building toward a maiden win. This is a weak field and she might be able to find further improvement now upped to the mile. LADY ISABELLA showed some of her best to date when 3rd by 1 ¾ lengths over C&D on penultimate run and could find a way into the mix once more.

LADY OF THE FLAME needed the run when 10th on local/AW bow. She went much better when 4th over 7f and could take another step forward. BOLD DECISION is trip suited and could find plenty more now tackling the Polytrack for the first time.

FIRSTAMONGEQUALS is poorly-drawn but hasn’t run a bad race since being sent off on the Synthetic. The blinkers stay on and he might be able to mount a serious bid. ZIG ZAG was last seen winning by ½ a length over C&D and demands respect. A clear AW specialist he is also poorly-drawn but should be able to apply plenty of pressure.

MAGIC BLAZE is a speedy Gavin Smith gelding who seems to like it here, landing in the frame in his last couple of outings over C&D. GREENLIGHTTOHEAVEN hasn’t lived up to the hype of his 3+ length debut win but has run plenty of solid efforts in defeat. Now back from a rest and now under the Cliffie Miller banner we might see enough of a shake-up. PAPER TRAIL is an honest and consistent sort who could make a splash on local/AW bow for Vaughan Marshall.

BAD HABIT has found good health since joining Alan Greeff, posting several solid efforts in defeat over C&D. She has every right to launch a winning bid from a nice draw of 3. GIMME GIMME GIMME found the mile a bit much last time when beating just one home here. Now back over 6f she could get back to form.
