GOODWOOD GLEN went down by a neck over 11f at Hamilton at the start of the month. He was handed a 3lb rise for the effort but the winner has boosted the form handsomely. The longer trip range seems to do him well and he’s fancied to have more to come. MOLINARI has been in fine form since notching a double the latter half of 2021. He’s very capable of bringing home another cheque now down in trip.

ELDAR ELDAROV gets the nod for last year’s winning connections of David Egan and Roger Varian. A winner on debut with 5 in hand he’s been held in reserve since October and this looks the ideal moment to return to action. POST IMPRESSIONIST sharpened up in the run to score with a dominant 3+ length margin at Ayr latest. He demands respect lining up here for the mighty Willie Haggas who has his string in top shape. Tom Marquand taking the ride is just another sweetener.

DAYTONA LADY won convincingly over this trip on debut at Chelmsford before beating just one home when upped to Listed level at York 11 days ago. She’s got plenty more ahead of her and can make a nice recovery with sights lowered and on return to the synthetic. ELEVINIA is worth a closer look on debut for Kevin Ryan with some useful names in the family tree.

He’s been hinting at a need for more run and is afforded it today off a mark of 63.
