Race 1 – Leicester Racecourse
WHITE HART LADY managed to eke out victory by a neck to open her account over timber at Fontwell back in November. With that under her belt Harry Fry’s mare could take another step forward. GAIA VALLIS is respected off the back of a double kicked off here in a seller. She has a bit of work to do to get this done but looks quite capable of doing it.
Top Tip – WHITE HART LADY (4)
One to consider – GAIA VALLIS (3)

JUST DON’T KNOW showed his best to date when 2nd at Newcastle at 25/1 odds. A 1lb drop could be the final piece to see him open the account. BARDD could throw a spanner in the works, having struck the crossbar in his last couple in this sphere and is 4lb lower this time.
Top Tip – JUST DON’T KNOW (6)
One to consider – BARDD (5)
Race 3 – Leicester Racecourse
BOLD SOLDIER was a very promising runner up at Uttoxeter over this trip on hurdle bow. Warren Greatrex’s charge can go one better with that as a launching point. BOWTOGREATNESS is respected under penalty following a strong 2 length victory over this trip at Ffos Las in the heavy ground.
Top Tip – BOLD SOLDIER (4)
One to consider – BOWTOGREATNESS (1)

Race 4 – Leicester Racecourse
WALK IN CLOVER was a surprise runner up on hurdle bow at Uttoxeter over slightly further at 28/1 odds. Now making yard bow for Dan Skelton she could fire up very nicely with Harry Skelton taking the ride. LEGENDARY GRACE unlocked marked improvement when upped to 20f at Worcester when last seen in July. Now she’s tasted success she has been interestingly returned to this trip range but could transfer the form.
Top Tip – WALK IN CLOVER (4)
One to consider – LEGENDARY GRACE (1)
Race 5 – Leicester Racecourse
PERCUSSION did everything right when home over 26f at Fontwell on Boxing Day. Raised a fair 2lb for the effort, he can remain effective despite a shortened trip. WAIKIKI WAVES got back into the swing of things when victorious over timber and could bring his momentum across to fences where he is even more effective.
Top Tip – PERCUSSION (2)
One to consider – WAIKIKI WAVES (1)

Race 6 – Leicester Racecourse
TOKAY DOKEY blew all opposition out of the water when home with 13 in hand over a furlong further at Market Rasen on Boxing Day. Dan Skelton’s lightly-raced 8 year old has been handed a hefty 11lb hike but he looks hard to beat in another small field. XCITATIONS looks best placed to chase the selection home, having opened his chasing account at Doncaster when last sighted.
Top Tip – TOKAY DOKEY (1)
One to consider – XCITATIONS (2)
Race 7 – Leicester Racecourse
FIRST ANGEL was a highly progressive type over timber before taking something of a step backward when 3rd of 5 on chase bow at Market Rasen. A return to hurdles can see him pick right up where he left off. MADE FOR YOU got the job done over C&D on penultimate outing back in November. He is respected but might struggle off 5lb higher today.
Top Tip – FIRST ANGEL (5)
One to consider – MADE FOR YOU (2)
