PASPALEY made a good 3rd over this trip at Newcastle on debut before having to settle for 5th at Newbury over turf. He wasn’t far beaten and a return to this surface bodes well. EURYTHMICAL was a solid runner up at 11/1 odds over this trip at Lingfield on debut and is another who’ll benefit from a return to AW.

MOUNT ATHOS stormed home with 5 in hand at Thirsk back in June. He warrants plenty of respect on comeback and could prove too good if taking to the Poly now going handicapping. ODISSEO was beaten by a nose over this trip at Chelmsford last week and warrants respect on compensation bid off the same mark.
