FIORINA has shown us a fair amount of promise in her 3 outings to date, with her Newmarket 6th reading particularly well. She’s expected to build on that effort now making handicap debut as a 3 year old for the red-hot George Boughey string. SUBJECTIVE VALUE is a reliable performer who hasn’t done much wrong this year. He loves the AW and should be involved at the finish.

Race 2 – Kempton Racecourse
ENCOURAGED was never able to keep up in a brief career in Hong Kong but has really improved since shifting to the UK under the care of James Fanshawe. A podium finisher in all 3 outings, including a win at Southwell latest, he looks up to task now tackling the mile with Silvestre De Sousa retaining the ride. DEMBE is capable of having his way as he shoots for 5 straight. He’s up another 4lb and has the worst draw but cannot be ruled out.

Race 3 – Kempton Racecourse
TICKETS was beaten ¾ of a length into 3rd on debut over the mile here before backing it up nicely in 2nd over C&D. The 3rd has franked the form since and Ivan Furtado’s charge is fancied to get the job done here. SPELLS AT DAWN sharpened up for a debut experience and the fitting of a hood when 4th over C&D latest. He has a lousy draw but can continue to improve.

Race 4 – Kempton Racecourse
LAND OF SUMMER managed a narrow victory at 12/1 odds on debut at Brighton late last month. Richard Hannon’s filly is capable of doubling up for that effort now upped in yardage under penalty. MONT CHAMPS beat just one home on debut but clearly learned enough, coming back to land 2nd over 5f here at 22/1 odds. She’s likely to enjoy the extra furlong and can make a dent.

Race 5 – Kempton Racecourse
HEART OF SOUL retraced the winning thread at Hamilton 10 days ago and now makes return to the AW where he’s found the frame in all 3 attempts. His rider’s 7lb claim and the unchanged mark sees him very well-treated here. SPRING GLOW notched a nice double here to cap off 2021 and should be better off for a comeback 4th at Windsor.

Race 6 – Kempton Racecourse
BIGGLES is up just 1lb for a ½ length victory over this trip at Sandown. Equally effective over AW, he’s able to double up if not in need of a run after 286 days off. IVASECRET got up at Lingfield over this trip latest and is quite capable of throwing a spanner in the works off 2lb higher with Silvestre De Sousa back in the plate.

ILHABELA FACT has proven to be progressive of late, winning well over C&D on penultimate run before not being disgraced in 2nd over 11f here when upped in class. The return to 12f could be key in getting right back to the scoreboard. SAVOY BROWN is off an unchanged mark of 51 after a good 2nd over this trip at Lingfield. His rider takes 3lb off so he should be in a fair spot to challenge.
