A bit more trip might be enough to get him a deserved maiden success. GATWICK KITTEN is a player off the back of a neck win here over the extended 5f. The 5lb penalty will make things tough but he’s entitled to back it up.

DANGER ALERT wasn’t much at all for Kevin Ran but made huge improvement when 2nd in a first-time hood on his sole start for Kevin Philippart de Foy. He has since joined George Boughey but there’s no reason his progression should have halted. MUTAANY is primed for another big effort having landed 2nd in all 3 post-debut outings.

RICH WATERS has found fair improvement of late for the fitting of cheekpieces and makes fair appeal dropped in grade and eased 1lb. GRANARY QUEEN won by a short head over this trip at Lingfield on the AW at the end of September. She’s capable of backing it up on return to turf off just 2lb higher.

BLUE CURACAO was a strong debutante when 3rd over 7f at Chepstow back in June. The experience will have done her a world of good and the extra furlong could also help her cause. RACINGBREAKS RYDER is a player having found the frame in both outings after a lacklustre debut.

ALDBOURNE was a fantastic 7 length winner over this trip at Nottingham last week. A reproduction of that effort can see a nice double awarded as he has escaped any penalties. CURLEY ROSE got home narrowly at Wolverhampton latest and is likely to find further improvement.

BIG BARD is looking to be the primary threat, having gone down narrowly into 2nd the last thrice. His rider’s 3lb claim could be the missing piece here.
