COUNTRY TIME wasn’t much of anything when beating just one home on debut at Durbanville but the run clearly did her a world of good. She has found 2nd in both outings since and looks very capable of taking the final step here. MY MIA is of moderate interest in first-time blinkers having found 2nd over C&D back in January.

GREEN FALCON sports strong pedigree and makes fair appeal on debut for powerful connections. INNAMORARE is the pick with experience, a stablemate to the selection who made a positive impression in 2nd on debut over 5f here.

AUS BOB returns from a couple of months off follow a lacking 10th when sent off favourite over the mile at Fairview. Now dropped in trip and a bit fresher he’s capable of making amends for Justin Snaith. SILENT WAR needed the run when 5th over C&D after a short rest. Now fighting fit he’s capable of backing up his Durban win and should be right amongst it.

WE’RE JAMMING is a C&D winner who was last sighted 2nd on comeback/yard bow for Justin Snaith over 5f here. He’s one of three winners in the field and can prove too classy for this lot. SCALINI was a fair 5th on debut over 5f here and is expected to prove much sharper for the outing.

ACADEMIC GOLD was coming to the boil nicely and delivered by a neck when making all over C&D last month. This is a tougher task under penalty but she’s likely to post a strong effort for Willem Nel. RAISING QUINN took a step backward when beating none home over C&D latest but her penultimate outing saw her successful by a head here. She’s capable of bouncing back to what was a nice pocket of form.
