GEORGIE GEORGE took a slight step backward when beating just one home over C&D 20 days ago. His prior efforts were seeing him headed the right way and he’s forgiven. A reproduction of his 5f 2nd here can see him a big chance. FOREVER BILL has a bit of work to do before being the most appealing for win purposes but he’s posted several efforts hinting he’s capable of finding the frame.

Race 2 – Kenilworth Racecourse
AT MY COMMAND won well on debut at Durbanville and wasn’t disgraced when having to settle for 2nd behind an unbeaten rival here. The experience and today’s longer trip can see him right back on the scoreboard. KAPUZINER shed the maiden tag when upped to this trip latest and could show plenty more now the penny has dropped.

Race 3 – Kenilworth Racecourse
LADY MISTICO made her debut in a G3 over 6f here where she couldn’t go any better than 6th. That was clearly good enough as she returned here to score her maiden in April. Now upped in trip she looks quite capable of landing the double. PUCALLPA made her debut in the same race, landing in 3rd just ¾ of a length from the winner. She also went on to win her maiden since and can battle with the selection for the spoils.

Race 4 – Kenilworth Racecourse
WE’RE JAMMING struck the crossbar three times in a row before finally shedding the maiden tag at G3 level here over 6f. Now having shifted to the Justin Snaith team, he’s likely to have plenty more to come and this is the ideal start with sights lowered under top weight. AXL comes back down to sprint trips now fitted with blinkers and reunited with Grant Van Niekerk could make a dent.

SPEED MACHINE has landed all 4 career successes at this course and is looking to bounce back after beating just one home at Fairview in March when upped to Listed level. A drop in trip and grade combined with the return to ideal surrounds can see him make amends. WORLDS YOUR OYSTER has form questions to answer of late but any return to the standard that saw him land a hat trick in 2021 will be enough to see him a serious contender.

Race 6 – Kenilworth Racecourse
T’CHALLA makes fair appeal on return from 136 days off, returning to the C&D of all 4 career victories. He’s proven effective after an absence and could have his way from barrier 3. SURJAY has proven highly progressive since joining Brett Crawford and while upped in class following a solid C&D win looks the sort who can continue to hold his own.

SOMERSET MAUGHAM was a strong 4th on comeback run over the mile here latest. Now upped in yardage and fighting fit he could have a lot more to come for Justin Snaith. MUSICAL GLITCH is back from a short rest following a fair win over the mile here in late March. She’s got a bit more to do here but is very much capable of doing so.

SECRET OASIS wasn’t at his best without blinkers in 5th over 9f here latest. The blinkers come back on as he drops back in trip slightly. He can get his campaign back on track here. LINE OF DUTY has 2 wins from 4 outings, including a local win. He heads up in trip but that is more than likely to be beneficial based on his pedigree.
