Race 2 – Cheltenham Racecourse
PRECIOUS ELEANOR struck the crossbar in 5 straight chase bouts before landing a dominant 20 length victory at Warwick. Now she’s got that under her belt this up in class looks the right call. FONTAINE COLLONGES is the primary threat off a 10 length romp at Lingfield that has seen her upped 10lb. Venetia Williams trained last year’s winner and she looks a strong option.

PANIC ATTACK gets an emphatic vote for the red-hot David Pipe string. She has posted strong efforts in defeat the last thrice since a wind operation and if able to bring her best following a pipe-opener could land another Listed event after taking out a bumper at this level on debut back in 2020. KISSESFORKATIE is the danger after a nice 4 length score at Chepstow last month. A 6lb hike is fair and she’s likely to give another strong account.

Race 4 – Cheltenham Racecourse
BARDEN BELLA has recent form lines over fences of 2121 and looks quite capable of adding to that tally off 9lb higher. She’s a likely improver who should relish the longer trip here with Jack Tudor back in the plate. JUBILYMPICS is on the up and up after being denied by a neck off this mark at Tuanton latest. She’s winless since October 2020 but also remains unproven over this trip.

ILE DE JERSEY kicked things off with a 3+ length victory at Ludlow on debut before a couple of placed efforts since. Now going handicapping and up in class she looks fairly treated off 117 and represents the mighty Nicky Henderson yard with Nico de Boinville once more tasking the ride. ADDOSH had the selection in tow when scoring over slightly shorter at Huntingdon on comeback from a wind operation last month. She’s capable of conforming the result but the selection is closer at the weights this time so the two may have to battle it out.

Race 6 – Cheltenham Racecourse
DARLING DU LARGE couldn’t back up a hat trick when a lacking 3rd at Newbury in mid-December. A rest could see her return and bounce back in a 4 horse field. She’s down 2lb, goes well fresh and should like the drier ground. THE GLANCING QUEEN is respected carrying top weight after a somewhat lacking 7th in the Plate here. This is a much more doable task and her prior form does see her a fair chance for Alan King.

Race 7 – Cheltenham Racecourse
MULLENBEG remains under a 7lb penalty for back to back wins despite a lacking 4th at Sandown since. This represents a big drop in class and she’s fancied to bounce back to winning ways here. COIN BASKET is a stablemate to the selection and has shown promise between the flags. She makes some appeal on rules debut for Milton Harris. She’ll relish any softening of the ground here and has some value as a place contender.
