Race 2 – Ayr Racecourse
LORD OF KERAK had a good season as a juvenile, landing an Uttoxeter contest and picking up 3 silver medals. Now making comeback and handicap bow after 244 days off and wind surgery we can expect a compelling effort from Olly Murphy’s charge. FOSTER’SISLAND is the danger on hat trick bid after a solid couple of wins over C&D and at Kelso.

Race 3 – Ayr Racecourse
NELLS SON has done little wrong in the NH ranks, landing 2nd by a nose on debut before going on to win back to back 2m bumpers here. He made a winning switch to timber when scoring at Kelso and now back from a couple month’s rest looks on track for a superb 4 timer across codes. BILL BAXTER made all over a furlong shorter and has to be respected lining up here under penalty.

Race 4 – Ayr Racecourse
SPARK OF MADNESS held off a weak field to score over C&D by ½ a length. Up 5lb for the effort but 5lb better off thanks to Conner McCann’s 10lb claim, he can post another strong effort for the in-form Lucinda Russel team. KILLANE is a local winner coming in off the back of a fair Newcastle score over this trip and must be respected off a 5lb higher perch.

JUGE ET PARTI is respected under top weight as he reverts to a shorter trip after being unable to stay behind a well-regarded type at Carlisle latest. His prior effort saw him win with ease at Perth and Bangor-on-Dee and we can expect something of a revival here. SHANROE AL C ran well to find a C&D score last month and has to enter calculations off 6lb higher. He should be able to remain competitive despite the soft ground.

LINELEE KING scored readily on chase bow and the form has been franked since so the 4lb hike looks somewhat lenient. Olly Murphy runners do exceptionally well here and he looks a very likely victor in a 4 horse event. DUBAI DAYS can fill the runner up berth off the back of a couple of promising chase outings and with normal improvement we can see him work toward a deserved win in this sphere.
