Race 2 – Yarmouth Racecourse
PROVERB was a strong debutante when 2nd at Windsor at the end of August. Now running with experience, George Boughey’s colt could take a lot of beating here. DICKO THE LEGEND also made a big impression on debut when 3rd at Newmarket on the same day. The experience can see him challenge.

ZEBRA STAR has given us glimpses of potential to date, the best of which was a 2nd over C&D. A return here on nursery bow after failing to fire over AW can see her go one better. TOP OF THE CLASS hasn’t shown a whole lot but is entitled to improve off an opening mark of 68.

Race 4 – Yarmouth Racecourse
CHOURMO wasn’t much of anything when beating none home on debut when attracting no support. The experience did him well after shifting to the AW and finding the podium in both runs. If he can transfer the standard back to turf he’s a leading contender. CORSICAN CAPER had traffic issues on debut but found a fair 4th at Kempton. A clearer run can see him crack into the placings.

GLEN ESK was not disgraced when beaten favourite, 3rd by a ½ length at Salisbury latest. He’s had a few months rest and is proven fresh. His rider takes 7lb off and we can expect a strong offensive here. MAGICAL MILE is a consistent sort who has been in fine health all year. He’s not one to be underestimated over this trip range.

Race 6 – Yarmouth Racecourse
TARHIB unlocked plenty of improvement from wind surgery when 2nd at Chelmsford when last seen in June. A bit more time to freshen up can see her return to the standard that notched her a superb double in October. ROMANTIC TIME comes down in class following a lacklustre effort in the Shergar Cup. She can find a confidence boost at this level.

THE DEFIANT is looking hard to oppose despite being toppled by a nose on double bid at Goodwood latest. A reproduction of any of his last three starts could suffice here. STONE CIRCLE is a danger as a C&D winner on penultimate start, who should relish the return to this surface.
