Race 2 – Warwick Racecourse
NORTHERN BOUND looked to have plenty left in the tank when storming home with 9+ in hand at Bangor-on-Dee in August. A 7lb hike looks unlikely to stop his ascension here. GOLDEN TAIPAN is worth a look, fitted out with a tongue-tie and blinkers off the back of a well-held 2nd at Warwick last month.

LUTINBELLA was last seen 3rd in a Grade 2 bumper at Aintree back in April. She’s of fair interest now making hurdle bow for Fergal O’Brien and could prove too good here. NOTNOWLINDA found 3rd in both outings in the bumpers and is also worth watching now over timber for Dan Skelton.

Race 4 – Warwick Racecourse
TWIG needed the outing when 2nd of 3 at Worcester on yard bow for Ben Pauling. With that out of the way, she can get back on top over her winning trip off the same mark. JUDGE EARLE has been in good heart since shifting back to fences in June. He has won 5 of her last 9 starts in the chase ranks but might have a bit to do to topple the selection in this 3 horse field.

FLINTSTONE made winning yard/hurdle debut for Nigel Twiston-Davies at Stratford in August before having to settle for 3rd at Worcester when sent off under penalty. Now going handicapping, a 100 mark looks workable here. CANAL ROCKS landed 3rd off third mark at Newton Abbot last month and can enter the equation.

Race 6 – Warwick Racecourse
UNE DE LA SENIERE went down by a head when runner up over C&D late last month. A 3lb higher mark combined with a decrease in her rider’s allowance sees her with more work to do. That said, she has the scope to make a successful compensation bid for Fergal O’Brien. CLUAIN AODHA has found 2nd in both outings over timber in the maidens and could go better now handicapping off a mark of 100.
