VENGEANCE FOREVER showed a step in the right direction when 3rd over 10f at Vaal. A drop back to his maiden winning trip could see him get a deserved 2nd career victory. MOTOR CITY HITMAN fared better than the raw result when 5th over slightly shorter. He may have needed the run after a couple of months off and can come forward plenty.
