DAWSON LANE showed her best yet when 1 ½ lengths 4th at Haydock at the end of June. She remains unexposed and appears to have significant scope for improvement. USTATH has been doing good work since a convincing 6f win here in July and would be no surprise winner.

ATLANTIS BLUE was sent off a short priced favourite at Salisbury in a 3 horse field where he couldn’t land a single blow. He didn’t seem to relish the firmness of the ground that day and can bounce back immediately on return to the AW. PRAKSA is well-bred debutant for Roger Varian who is well worth a market check.

BACK FROM DUBAI retraced the winning thread at Doncaster on penultimate start. He was far from disgraced in 3rd when dropped in trip there but can make amends now returned to the mile at a course he does well at, off a very workable 54 mark.

ALL GO has landed on the podium in all 5 career starts, including thrice over this trip. This looks very winnable on paper for her and Tom Marquand’s booking is most pleasing. RED ASTAIRE showed marked improvement in 2nd at Redcar and remains appealing off 3lb higher today.

MASQOOL isn’t the most prolific sort but does have a fair form claim following a ¾ length defeat over 10f at Lingfield. The drop in trip should be of no issue and his rider takes a crucial 7lb off today. HARDY took a step forward when 2nd at Carlisle earlier in the month and warrants respect.
