BONNY ANGEL wasn’t disgraced in 7th on debut and improved notably when 3rd on return. The winner of the latter race has franked the form handsomely in success in the Molecomb. Now dropped in trip she could make it 3rd time lucky for Clive Cox. BAILEY GATE was a most pleasing 2nd at Ascot late last month and can find a way into the equation.

FRANTASTIC makes appeal now going handicapping after being sent up to G3 level and failing to land a blow. The experience can do him wonders and he’s capable of getting up off an 87 mark with Frankie Dettori back in the saddle. MAYTREE RESPITE was last seen 2nd over C&D off this mark and was a narrow winner at Newbury on penultimate outing. Cieren Fallon takes over the irons and the pair look very competitive.

A shorter trip today can see him back to his best.
