Race 1 – Sandown Racecourse
WONDER STARELZAAM seemed to win effortlessly on return to the turf at Windsor following some excellent efforts over the AW, including a couple of wins at Lingfield. A further 4lb rise is fair and he looks capable of another bold showing with the 2nd franking the form since. GLEN ESK is capable of plenty of damage off the back of his own win. A narrow but convincing winner over this trip at Haydock in April he’s up 6lb and won’t lie down.
Top Tip – WONDER STARELZAAM (9)
One to consider – GLEN ESK (2)

CRISPY CAT won narrowly on debut at Cork before going down by a short head at Listed level at the Curragh. That is the best form of this lot and he gets the vote on his first appearance across the Irish Sea. DEMOCRACY DILEMMA is respected having improved measurably with each run. He does look capable of landing a blow at a nice price.
Top Tip – CRISPY CAT (1)
One to consider – DEMOCRACY DILEMMA (2)
Race 3 – Sandown Racecourse
ENEMY was last seen 3rd in the Sagaro Stakes at this level at Ascot in April, a place behind the reopposing QUICKTHORN. He didn’t get a clear run that day and is able to plot a course proper can reverse the form. QUICKTHORN won’t give up without a fight but does have more work to do here.
Top Tip – ENEMY (2)
One to consider – QUICKTHORN (5)

Race 4 – Sandown Racecourse
MOSTAHDAF is fighting fit and has won 6 of his 7 career starts. This Gosden colt is a very exciting prospect and comes off a C&D win at this level off 4lb lower. Jim Crowley retains the ride and the pair look hard to oppose. ADDEYBB is highly respected having found 2nd over C&D in the G1 Eclipse last year. A 5lb lower mark and the return of Tom Marquand can see him go well for Willie Haggas.
Top Tip – MOSTAHDAF (2)
One to consider – ADDEYBB (3)
Race 5 – Sandown Racecourse
FARASI LANE is a local specialist who should be in peak shape following some promising efforts this season. A 91 mark is very workable and David Probert retains the ride. REBEL TERRITORY was a fair winner at Newmarket back in October and could make a splash on comeback run.
Top Tip – FARASI LANE (4)
One to consider – REBEL TERRITORY (1)

SIP AND SMILE managed a fair 3rd over this trip at Ascot despite being denied clear passage. When dropped back to 7f at Doncaster he won well and looks capable of another shot at the mile. A clear run off a 3lb higher mark can see him compensated while also notching a nice double. DESTINY QUEEN is of fair appeal making handicap debut off a very fair 80 mark for George Baker. She hasn’t been seen since September but could have plenty to come in this sphere.
Top Tip – SIP AND SMILE (2)
One to consider – DESTINY QUEEN (1)
