SALIGO BAY has placed in all his outings over timber except his debut, including a trip win at Plumpton. He is fighting fit and can get back on top on what should be his peak outing. OXYGEN is interesting on yard bow for Ventia Williams. He was a respectable 4th in his sole start in France and can come forward plenty for his shrewd handler.

ART OF ILLUSION made a winning chase bow at Plumpton last month and makes plenty of appeal off 3lb higher. Warren Greatrex’s gelding looks to possess ample scope for improvement and should remain competitive. HIWAY ONE O THREE is respected on return from 2189 days off and wind surgery. He has won his last 3 over timber and could be anything now trying fences.

JUBILEE EXPRESS got home by a neck on hurdle bow at Herford over this trip back in March. Provided he doesn’t need the outing he could outrun his penalty and double down for Sam Thomas. MISTER WHO made a pleasing debut for Tom Lawes when 2nd at Fontwell. He should be involved in the finish with normal improvement.

OZZIE MAN got home by a neck on chase bow at Plumpton last month. There could be more to come off just 2lb higher now he’s got that under his belt for Gary Moore. CORONADO JOE was a hit and miss operator over timber but did show some talent. He could find things to his liking in the chase ranks following 254 days off and a wind operation.

STELLAR MAGIC turns up well fresh and looks a safe option on his first run since March. A 131 mark is workable and this is very winnable on paper. TOP VILLE BEN had to be pulled up in the Grand National back in April but his prior 2nd in at Grade 2 at Haydock gives him strong form claims. That said, he has quite a lot to do under top weight.

SHOT BOII was well-held in 4th over 3m at Wetherby when last seen in March. He can build on that if not needing the outing, with the shorter trip a positive. His 91 mark can see him remain competitive here. BADDESLEY looks poised for an improved effort now upped in trip. He has been eased 2lb here and could have plenty to add.
