COUNTRY TIME was nothing special when 8th on debut but she learned plenty as made apparent by her 2nd over C&D on return to the track. With that under her belt she can go one better despite the unfortunate draw. STAR IN WINTER isn’t a consistent operator but has clearly got the ability to press claims here. If she’s in the right mood she’s a big player.

CANFORD LIGHTS is proving highly progressive and showed his best yet when 2nd over C&D last month. He’s the one to beat from barrier 4 for Candice Bass-Robinson. CONTIGUOUS is worth a market check on debut for Vaughan Marshall with Anton Marcus in the plate.

TIN CUP fared better than the raw result when 6th over 10f here latest. Dropped a furlong and from a much better draw, he’s a chance here. AENEAS found blinkers beneficial when sharpening enough to land 2nd over the mile here. They’re retained here and could be enough to see him score.

EXCEEDER has struck the crossbar the last twice and looks due for a 3rd career victory. His draw isn’t ideal but in this small field he’s looking the best. FLY OVER is respected as a C&D winner who should relish the return to this trip range.

Race 6 – Kenilworth Racecourse
WALK OF FAME should have more success to her name than she does and this looks like an ideal spot to do something about that. She made a pleasing comeback when ½ a length 3rd over slightly shorter and should be stripping fit here. DAD’S CATCH does good work here and has been in good form for some time now. Her latest 2nd here suggests she’ll be right in the mix.

MISS GREENLIGHT scored with style over C&D back in January and wasn’t disgraced in 4th when back from a few months off. Returning here from a nice draw of 2 can see her get right back on top. NOBLE GRACE can challenge having won her maiden by a neck at Durbanville in late March.

SILVER SALMON started his career strongly but tapered off a bit toward the end of 2021. His latest 3rd in March hinted that he might be on the way to retracing the winning thread. DEAN STREET showed no signs of stopping when home with 2+ in hand over slightly further last month. He’s yet to run a bad race and should be a serious contender.
